Swift Coach Hire Vehicle Charter Terms & Conditions

1. The person who books the mini bus or coach is in charge of everyone traveling. If you want to change the booking, you need to tell us. If you're not traveling with the group, please tell us who's in charge and how we can contact them.

2. The price we give you is based on what things cost when you ask. If you change your mind after booking, the price might change. We'll keep our price for 7 days. After that, we might need to change it unless we've agreed on something different.

3. We'll give you a mini bus or coach that fits the number of people you told us about. If more people want to come, you need to tell us so we can make sure everyone has a seat.

4. If you change the time, date, or anything else after booking, it might cost a bit more. We'll try our best to make the changes you want, but we can't promise.

5. There are laws about how long our drivers can work. You need to make sure your trip fits within these hours. If there's a delay and it's not your fault, we'll sort it out. But if it's because of something you did, there might be extra costs.

6. Sometimes, we might give you a bigger mini bus or coach than you booked. Don't worry; it won't cost you more. The pictures we show you might not be the exact vehicle you get, but it'll be similar.

7. Sometimes, another company's driver might drive part of your trip. We'll always make sure they're good.
________________________________________
8. Sometimes, things might delay your trip, like traffic or a breakdown. We're really sorry if this happens, but we can't give you money back for things that aren't our fault.

9. When you book, we ask for a 30% deposit. You need to pay the rest at least 24 days before your trip. Or, you can pay everything when you book.

10. Our driver's job is to keep everyone safe. If someone's being unsafe or breaking the law, the driver can ask them to leave or stop the trip.

11. You can't drink or bring alcohol on the mini bus or coach unless you've asked us first and we've said it's okay.

12. No one can smoke on the mini bus or coach. If someone does, we'll have to stop the trip.
________________________________________
13. If your plane or boat is late, our driver will wait for 15 minutes. If the delay is between 15 to 30 minutes, there might be an extra charge. However, delays beyond this might exceed the driver's working hours or the driver might have commitments to the next job. While we can't guarantee availability after a 30-minute delay, we always try our best to accommodate our customers.

14. If you have big bags or lots of suitcases, please tell us when you book. If you don't, we might not have enough space.

15. For some trips, like festivals or football games, we might ask for a cleaning deposit. If the mini bus or coach is very messy or damaged after your trip, there might be extra charges.

16. If you've paid a deposit, we can't give it back if you cancel. If you cancel 15-21 days before your trip, we'll give back half of what you paid. If it's 8-14 days before, we'll give back a quarter. If it's a week or less, we can't give any money back.

17. The Make and Model of the vehicle booked for you may differ from what was originally reserved. If a certain type of vehicle is not available for your journey, we may use 3rd party companies and even use Multi Vehicles (taxis) to fulfill your transportation needs. We shall not be held liable or responsible should your desired vehicle type not be available.

18. If you leave personal items behind, we'll try to return them, but we're not responsible for lost or damaged items.
19. We have the right to change these terms anytime. If we do, we'll let you know.

20. If there's a problem or you're not happy with our service, please tell us right away. We'll do our best to fix it.
