1. **Responsibility for Group:**
- The person who books the minibus or coach is responsible for everyone traveling. If you need to change the booking, you must inform us. If you're not traveling with the group, please provide contact details for the person in charge.
2. **Pricing:**
- The quoted price is based on costs at the time of the request. If changes are made after booking, the price may change. Quotes are valid for 7 days unless otherwise agreed.
3. **Vehicle Capacity:**
- We will provide a minibus or coach that fits the number of people specified. If the number of passengers increases, please inform us to ensure adequate seating.
4. **Changes to Booking:**
- Any changes to the time, date, or other details after booking may incur additional costs. We will try our best to accommodate changes but cannot guarantee them.
5. **Driver Working Hours:**
- Clients must ensure their trip complies with legal driving hours. If delays occur due to client actions, extra costs may be incurred. If delays are not the client's fault, we will address the issue.
6. **Vehicle Substitution:**
- Occasionally, a larger vehicle than booked may be provided at no extra cost. The provided vehicle may differ slightly from pictures shown.
7. **Third-Party Drivers:**
- At times, another company's driver may handle part of your trip. We ensure they meet our standards.
8. **Delays and Breakdowns:**
- We are not liable for delays caused by traffic, breakdowns, or other unforeseen circumstances and cannot refund for such delays.
9. **Payment Schedule:**
- A 30% deposit is required at booking. The balance must be paid at least 24 days before the trip. Full payment can also be made at the time of booking.
10. **Driver Authority:**
- The driver's primary role is safety. They can remove passengers or stop the trip if safety rules are violated.
11. **Alcohol Policy:**
- Alcohol is not allowed on the vehicle unless approved by us in advance.
12. **No Smoking:**
- Smoking is prohibited on the vehicle. The trip will be stopped if smoking occurs.
13. **Waiting for Delayed Arrivals:**
- If a plane or boat is late, our driver will wait for 15 minutes. A 15-30 minute delay may incur extra charges. Delays beyond 30 minutes may affect availability due to driver schedules.
14. **Luggage:**
- Inform us of large or numerous bags at booking to ensure adequate space.
15. **Cleaning Deposit:**
- For certain events, a cleaning deposit may be required. Extra charges may apply for excessive mess or damage.
16. **Cancellation Policy:**
- Deposits are non-refundable. Cancellations 15-21 days before the trip receive a 50% refund, 8-14 days before receive a 25% refund, and less than a week before receive no refund.
17. **Vehicle Availability:**
- The make and model of the reserved vehicle may vary. We may use third-party companies or multiple vehicles to fulfill your transportation needs.
18. **Lost Property:**
- We will attempt to return lost items but are not responsible for lost or damaged belongings.
19. **Policy Changes:**
- We reserve the right to change these terms at any time and will notify you of any changes.
20. **Issue Resolution:**
- Please inform us immediately of any problems or dissatisfaction. We will do our best to resolve the issue.
21. **Refund Policy:**
- In the event that the coach does not show up or experiences a breakdown, we will only refund the amount paid to us for the service. We will not be liable for any additional costs incurred by the client for alternative arrangements. The refund process will commence within 14 working days from the date the issue is reported and verified.
22. **Liability:**
- Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the service. We are not responsible for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including additional transportation costs, accommodation, or missed activities.
23. **Alternative Arrangements:**
- If our service is unavailable due to unforeseen circumstances, we will assist in arranging alternative transportation. However, the client is responsible for any additional costs incurred. We are not responsible for reimbursing costs of services booked independently by the client in response to service disruptions.
24. **Notification of Issues:**
- Any issues with the service must be reported immediately to our customer service team to allow for timely resolution.
25. **Force Majeure:**
- We are not liable for any failure to perform our obligations due to events beyond our control, including but not limited to natural disasters, strikes, or governmental actions.
